Blog 11: Panchito

 Hello everybody
Today I come to tell you about my pet, Panchito, he was a very cute and giant cat.
 

Panchito was adopted in 2011 in the south, more specifically in Lanco, which is near Temuco.
I had always wanted to have a cat but my parents didn't want to have a pet because it was too much work, it happened that just in those vacations an uncle had said that his cat had babies, so I spent several days trying to convince my parents to adopt one until I finally convinced them and we went to see which kitten to adopt, all of them were very cute and were gray with white spots but there was one in specific that had a black nose and black paw pads, we adopted that one and we named him Panchito, first he was going to be called Tom because of his resemblance to the tom and jerry cat but we said no because it didn't suit us so much. The name panchito was decided by my mom, I don't remember why.
Then we had to take Panchito to Santiago where I live, so when we adopted him we took him by car to the city. Since then Panchito always traveled with us everywhere, my family calls him "El gato viajero".
Panchito was a very quiet cat, he meowed only when he was really in pain or when he felt bad, not even to ask for food he meowed.
Panchito was with us for a long time until 2019, when he passed away due to a urinary infection, it was a very bad time for us as a family because he brought a lot of happiness to the house during the pandemic.
